The Principal Gestión team is usually the face of Andorra to newly arrived guests, our main mission is to provide the highest quality of service and advice, to ensure a warm welcome in this wonderful country.


Vladlena Roigt, originally from Ukraine, founded Principal Gestión in 2020 after identifying the difficulties faced by foreign nationals in obtaining residence permits and starting up business in Andorra.

Based on her previous professional experience in administrative and managerial positions in industrial and import-export companies, Vladlena has developed a deep understanding of processes and constructive attitude to problem-solving. This, together with her personal approach, which is reflected in Principal Gestión, guarantees our clients, their families and their business projects high levels of success.
